Dave Pagano is a licensed General “B” contractor in the State of California (License #1046600) and has been working as a home inspector in the East Bay since 2018. He is familiar with the wide variety of conditions that can arise in residential construction and the unique characteristics of the East Bay.
Dave’s career in construction began back in the Hudson Valley region in southern New York back in the early 90’s. He has done a variety of projects over the years ranging from small bathroom renovations to supervising a multi-million dollar project at West Point Military Academy.
Dave has lived and worked in the Bay area since 2014. In 2017, he took the Inspection Certification Associates (ICA) course and subsequently passed the National Home Inspection Exam. Since then he has worked exclusively doing inspections in the East Bay, completing over 200 inspections per year. He is an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Certified Inspector and currently President of the local Golden Gate ASHI organization where he also served as the 2019 interface to the national ASHI Council of Representatives. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing Management.
